Alec Thorne is the Assistant Lighting and Projections Supervisor at Chicago Shakespeare Theater on Navy Pier in Chicago.

Prior to the move downtown, he was the Lighting, Sound, and Projections Supervisor for the Wirtz Center for the Performing Arts at Northwestern University.

In his freetime, he freelances as a lighting and sound designer/engineer and photographer.

Alec is a proud member of IATSE - the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Local 2.
